Today is Luke's 3rd Birthday... He still loves "CARS" (as you can see from his jamies.) His other favorites things to do right now are playing with balls, bugs and showing off how high he can jump and do somersaults. Luke you are an absolute Joy to our family and we wish you a very Happy Birthday...Let's go see what fun the day will bring!

Spencer...Class of 2008

Spencer is an amazing and very talented young man that attends my husbands youth group. I had the privilege of taking his Senior High Portraits recently and it was an absolute blast. His mom came along and between the three of us we got the creative juices flowing. Lisa you are officially hired to carry my camera bag any time you want to tag along. Spencer it has been a pleasure getting to know you...You are one very cool dude! Congratulations!

To the dairy farm we go...Makayla's first ride on a school bus!

This picture below cracks me up...the mom looking at these cows is -ohhhhh so pregnant, I think she was totally sympathizing with their "Utter" predicament!!!

As you can see Makayla thoroughly enjoyed the fresh sent!

A TRIBUTE TO ANGUS!

So I think I killed our fish & yes I did cry. I cleaned his tank the day before his passing and the next morning he was gone. Angus has been apart of our family for 4 years ( a gift to Makayla when she was 2.) Long story short...never use backing soda to clean a fish tank...even if you rinse it really, really well...It's a KILLER. Actually I guess that makes me a KILLER... My Bad! Sorry Angus! Thanks for being a peaceful image of grace for our family to enjoy. You will be missed, our fishy friend.

I Believe!

Luke is at the age where every single thing intrigues him. It is such a wonder to watch him investigate the world with fresh eyes. His newest fascination is BUGS! If there arn't any bugs to be found, Luke is sure to be blowing dandelions or picking mommy flowers.

I believe that life is lived in the details, I believe that it is the little things that mean so very, very much to all of us...
I believe it is in the quite, still moments when life is truly enjoyed.....
